CiT is located in the northwest of Germany, about 15 km in the north of Oldenburg (Oldenburg).

By plane:

From Bremen airport it is the best to use the shuttle service for the transfer to Rastede. Please contact us for more information and shuttle reservation.

By car:

From south follow A1 until the node “Ahlhorner Heide”, then take the A29 to the exit “Rastede” (about 50 km). From east (e.g. Bremen) or west (Netherlands) follow A28 to the node “Oldenburg-Ost”. Then take the A29 in northern direction to exit “Rastede” (about 20 km). At the end of the exit turn right. Follow the main street (Raiffeisenstraße). Turn into the third street on the right (August-Brötje-Straße) and follow this street in a slight turn left. Cross the railway and go straight ahead (now Schlossstraße) , until the street ends at a crossing. Cross the “Oldenburger Straße” and enter the park behind the gate. Keep right to the house at the right side of the castle. CiT is in the first floor of this building.

By train:

The main connections to Oldenburg are with the ICE via Hannover and Bremen. From Oldenburg the NordWestBahn provides an hourly service to Rastede. From the railway station a taxi or a 10 minutes walk, first right along the Ladestraße and then down the Schlossstraße will bring you to CiT.
